Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Navigating life is not simple, and everyone has their own unique
combination of current stressors, relationships, and life
experiences. There are moments when you need someone outside of
your circumstances to help sort through painful emotions, relationship
issues, or everyday pressures. I believe that healing happens in
relationship, and I want to partner with you to identify a path towards
wholeness and change.
I want to support you whether you are struggling with parenting, life
circumstances outside of your control, hoping to find a new way to
connect with your partner, managing a big life change, or simply want
life to look different. I work with individuals and families to identify old
patterns that are no longer working and collaborating in creating new
ways of being. I believe that my job is to create a safe and non-
judgmental space to sift through the experiences, events and beliefs in
your life.
I am passionate about working with individuals, adolescents, and
families from a wide variety of backgrounds with concerns around
anxiety, depression, parenting, trauma, relationship issues,
attachment, disordered eating, body image issues, ADHD, pregnancy,
perinatal concerns, infertility, loss and self-worth.
I have a special interest in working with individuals and families that
have experienced reproductive challenges, loss, pregnancy, birth-
trauma, postpartum and maternal mental health.
Some of the approaches I draw from are attachment theory, family
systems, creative arts, IFS, DBT, and ART (Accelerated Resolution
Therapy). I completed my undergraduate degree in Studio Art with
Bethel University and my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy
from Bethel Seminary.
In my life outside of the therapy office I enjoy a good book, good food,
coffee and time outside (whenever it is above 30 degrees!). I’m
happiest when I spend time with my partner, three children, and my
dog who keeps me busy and laughing!
