My mission is to empower women, children, and families with therapeutic support by incorporating a listening ear, alternative perspectives, therapeutic tools, and a mind-body approach. I’ve been working with children, adolescents, and adults in therapy to address some of the most common concerns across the lifespan including anxiety, transitional stressors, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and ADHD. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), art & play therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to reach results.
When away from the office, I take care of myself by watching and “researching” interior design ideas for the home, cuddling with my dog (Finn), cooking and baking, going for walks with my partner, and having quality (virtual) time with friends/family.
