Every person struggles at times in life. While these times can make you feel afraid or alone, you are not alone. If you choose to do therapy, I will provide a caring, warm, and safe space to help you explore and develop skills and perspective to face and confidently handle challenges.
My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, client-centered, compassionate, and authentic. I use a family systems, attachment-based, and integrative approach while empowering you to grow your inner strength. I welcome all individuals regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, and sexual orientation.
I have special interests in working with children of all ages (am trained in treatment using DC:0-5), maternal mental health, and I truly enjoy working with people across the whole lifespan. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced loss, trauma, pregnancy concerns, infertility, cancer, parenting concerns, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy working with individuals with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergences.
I truly love what I do and feel honored to join you on your journey! Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our cat, Elliot!! I also enjoy playing pickleball, video-chatting my twin sister, watching an intense thriller, and starting a new cat puzzle! I look forward to connecting and getting to know you!
