Hello and welcome!
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s a valuable way to grow, heal, and navigate life’s challenges. In a safe and supportive space, we can work together to explore your concerns, build strength, and find balance in your life.
What to expect
I bring a compassionate and strengths-based approach to therapy. You can expect a space where you feel heard, supported, and gently challenged. Sessions are caring and often include humor to help make difficult work feel a little lighter. Therapy isn’t always easy, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.
Therapeutic methods include positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing—all aimed at helping you build on your strengths, develop insight, and work toward your goals in a meaningful way. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you're encouraged to show up just as you are.
Special interests and experience
I completed a master’s degree through Metro State University in 2024 and am currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I hold an active licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and have been providing substance use disorder counseling since 2018. I have experience working in residential and outpatient medication management settings with both adolescent and adult clients.
I currently work with adults, teens, and children ages 6 and older, addressing concerns such as ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, substance use and recovery, and reproductive health challenges, including infertility and pregnancy loss.
About me
Outside of work, my days are spent playing sports, spending weekends up north, fishing with my husband and two dogs, and spending quality time with family.
Next steps
I am looking forward to walking alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and the life you want. Let’s take the next step together.
