Pre-Licensed Therapist, LADC
she/her
About Me: Hi, I'm Jessica Seiler, a dedicated Pre-Licensed Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I hold a master’s degree in Co-occurring Disorders from Metro State University and am working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). With over six years of experience in helping individuals with substance use disorders, I bring a compassionate and strengths-based approach to therapy. You can expect me to be caring, direct, and to bring humor into therapy sessions. My therapy methods include positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing, all aimed at helping you build on your strengths to achieve your goals.
Experience/Special Interests: I’ve had the privilege of working in both residential and outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) settings, supporting adolescents, adults, and pregnant women. I work to address issues related to ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, life changes, substance use, anxiety, and depression. I’m also expanding my expertise to include autism spectrum disorder, pregnancy loss/infertility, and family therapy.
A Little About Me: When not at work, I love playing sports, spending time with my family, and fishing with my husband and our two dogs. These activities keep me grounded and energized, allowing me to bring my best self to our sessions.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to well-being. Let’s work together to create positive changes in your life.
