I strongly believe the days of stuffy and serious therapy are in the past. I'm all about creating a laid-back space where you can just be yourself, vent about life, and work through whatever's on your mind without any judgment. I specialize in working with adolescents 10 and up, offering a tailored, supportive approach with a fresh perspective to help them navigate the unique challenges of their teenage years. With a deep understanding of neurodiversity and queerness, I strive to create a calming, safe environment for teens to express themselves openly and feel understood and celebrated. As a former teen mom, I'm also deeply understanding of the challenges faced by teen parents and am passionate about supporting and advocating for this population. My sense of humor and ability to sacrifice my coolness makes the process of healing and self-discovery as enjoyable as it is transformative. Whether it's dealing with anxiety, depression, identity struggles, parental conflict, dating, school-related stress, or anything in between, I meet teens where they are and build trust by offering guidance that feels empowering. I work closely with each client and their family to address concerns using evidence-based strategies that respect each individual's needs. I'm known for providing relatable energy, patience, and an engaging approach that challenges teens to build confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being, while embracing their authentic selves as they move into adulthood.
